L&S Associates, Inc. is a fast growing, mission-driven provider of services to hospitals, health plans, insurers and individuals. We were founded in 1990 with the mission of "improving the quality of life for those we represent". This mission continues to be the driving force behind L&S.

Emphasis on Quality

From the beginning, the company’s emphasis on quality as opposed to quick corporate profit resulted in steady growth. L&S, now employs over 250 staff members, in locations throughout the Midwest. Its corporate headquarters are located in a 28,000 square foot facility in Michigan State University's Innovation Technology Research Park, in East Lansing, Michigan.

We employ former State Medicaid eligibility workers, Social Security Administration retirees, disability specialists, and licensed attorneys, as well as caring and compassionate advocates.
